Finding an Authorised Luggage Repairer on the Gold Coast

Dragging a suitcase with a broken wheel through a shopping centre is nobody's idea of a good morning. A quick call before you leave can save an unnecessary trip, particularly if you need a warranty assessment or have a flight coming up.

If you are looking for the nearest authorised luggage repairer on the Gold Coast, start with your luggage brand and where you are travelling from. Multiservices is at Robina Town Centre, near the Kmart entrance. We offer luggage repairs, and Samsonite lists our Robina business as an authorised service centre.

Check the right listing for your brand

A shop that sells a suitcase brand is not necessarily authorised to carry out its warranty repairs. In the Samsonite Australia locator, select authorised service centres and look for “Multi Services – Robina Bag and Shoe Repairs”.

For another brand, check its own service information or ask us about your particular case. Authorisation is brand-specific. Finding a repairer nearby and finding the appropriate warranty repairer are two separate checks worth making before you travel.

Have the case details ready when you call

You do not need to diagnose the fault yourself. A plain description such as “the wheel no longer turns” or “the handle will not retract” is a useful starting point. Have these details handy:

  • The brand, approximate age and any model details on the suitcase label.

  • A photo of the whole case, plus clear close-ups of the damaged area.

  • Whether anything else needs attention, such as the zip, lining or another wheel.

  • Your departure date, if you need the luggage for a particular trip.

Ask how to send photos and whether the case needs an in-person assessment. Mention if it is difficult to carry. A photo can help explain the problem, but it may not show damage underneath a wheel housing or inside a handle assembly.

Plan your visit to Robina Town Centre

Our shop is near Kmart. Robina Town Centre identifies the Yellow Carpark as the best parking for Kmart, which gives you a useful starting point when arriving with luggage. Check the centre's current parking information and posted conditions.

Before leaving home, empty the case and remove valuables, loose travel documents and detachable accessories you do not need assessed. Keep any broken pieces together to show us. Check our contact page or call for opening hours, particularly around public holidays.

Confirm the next step before leaving your suitcase

Ask what needs assessing, whether a suitable part is available and when a repair decision can be made. Confirm any assessment charge, the repair price and the collection arrangements before agreeing to paid work. Let us know your travel deadline at the start; dropping a case off does not necessarily mean it can be repaired that day.

For local help, call 07 5539 0072. Samsonite owners can also visit our authorised Samsonite repairer page before arranging an assessment.
